We had the pleasure to work with Nicole, who has been in the industry for 10+ years in the Orlando area. When looking for our forever home, we were not in a rush to buy and wanted to take our time over a 6 month period. Once Nicole set us up with email notifications of what she thought we may like, she was able to pin point an excellent home. What we thought would be a long process, turned out to be a quick turn around. This home was a 1955 "fixer upper" lake front property, with more work and "unknowns" than we could ever imagine. Nicole was able to quickly come through with all of the answers that were very difficult to find, and what the other agency should have had answers to already. If there was something she did not know the answer to, she was quick to find out the right answer, and not just what we wanted to hear. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain any of the areas I had concerns about.
