It was my first home purchase and while I had done a ton of reading online on what the process involved Anetta's expertise proved invaluable. The market at the time I was purchasing was really a seller's market with most of the really good homes going off the market and getting bids within a few days of the initial listing. Anetta continued to send me homes and when I saw one that I wanted Anetta would have it scheduled for a visit almost always within the hour. Extremely responsive! She even met me at one time on a Holiday. She is easy to talk to and allows you to make your own decision without trying to sell you. We visited many homes and I always felt that she had my best interest at heart-dropping little tips and tricks here and there and highlighting potential trouble areas with a home. I worked with Annetta at Wemert in purchasing a home in Florida. Since I lived in Dallas and I had a family member in Florida, I had her work directly with them in looking at numerous homes to filter it down to just a few. Annetta worked on getting them into the various properties over a 6 week period. I had many questions (remotely) about the different properties and was pretty specific in my needs.
Once we were down to just a few properties I wanted to look at, I flew out to Orlando for a 4 day trip. Annetta setup meetings with the various property owners/agents to ensure my time there was spent well. Within looking at just 2 of the 4 she had setup I had made up my mind. We put in an offer the following day and now I'm a VERY HAPPY home owner in Florida.
Not only did she help on negotiating on the home, she went out of her way to look into other things for me like HOA information, Utility providers, even helping us with locating a company for building/updating the dock and other things she didn't have too.
She was always available to talk or text and had a great attitude the entire time!
I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for a company that goes out of it's way to ensure you are not only getting the best house, but the best deal with the least headache!
